Emilia Romagna is known for its gastronomy, castles and beautiful hiking trails. Italy is the most beautiful country in the world thanks to its unique products, huge artistic heritage, and incredible history. Our trips go well beyond the average Tuscany tour; we organize visits to food factories, castles, cities of art, and other fantastic places not listed in guidebooks. We carefully choose the best off the beaten path accommodations to experience the true Italian countryside.

Castles and Michelin Star Chefs in the Food Valley

This unforgettable experience begins in Emilia Romagna, the birthplace of many of Italy's most famous foods; including parmigiano reggiano, lambrusco, balsamic vinegar and prosciutto di parma. You will have the opportunity to visit the factories where these delicacies are produced and taste the product directly after it is made.

This area also has some of the most beautiful castles in Italy. In addition to visiting several castles including where Busseto where Giuseppe Verdi spent most of his life, we will also stay in castles. For the first three days we will stay in the magnificent castle of Corte Pallavicina where Michelin star Chef Massimo Spigaroli will prepare us luxurious dinners and breakfasts. The next three days will be spent at Locanda Cà Matilde, owned by Michelin * Chef Andrea Incerti Vezzani, who will prepare our gourmet dinners and breakfasts. All Dinners are accompanied by a different wine for every course specially chosen by Michelin Chefs.

On the last day we will visit the Ferrari Museum and Bologna Centre. Our final meal will be hosted by Michelin * Chef Agostino Lacobucci at Portici Restaurant.
